We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive that thrives in a quick changing digital marketing spectrum and making sure the knowledge is up to date..

What will you do?

To be shortlisted you need to have the technical expertise to do:

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization) On-page and Off-page
    • Plan, Execute, and manage SEO work for the required websites and enhance the websites presence against the continuously growing database of keywords (Arabic & English)
    • Initial keywords included 50 Arabic & 50 English  for each website and this will be increased and revised monthly
    • Provide backlinks with high quality
  • ASO (Application Search Optimization) 
  • SMO (Social Media Optimization) & SMM (Social Media Marketing)
    • Improve the social media channels and enhance the engagement and followers base (Arabic & English): “Mainly Arabic”
    • Analyze current social media status
    • Create target audience personas and continuously enhance it
    • Create social media marketing plan covering (Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion) and including the KPIs to measure the plan success and progress
    • Create social media posting calendar and continuously review and improve the calendar based on the historical data and user behavior
    • Create artwork material guidelines to fit with various personas we are targeting and Review Monthly
    • Manage the designers and review the art work required for the social media posting calendar
    • Manage the social calendar and optimize it based on behavior and responses
    • Create Viral Marketing Plan and prepare material and execute
  • Google Adwards
    • Plan, execute, and manage google adwards campaigns to maximize the downloads (English & Arabc)
    • Prepare the material for the campaign
    • Create the campaigns
    • Monitor and optimize the campaign to maximize the downloads and active rate
  • Reporting and Reviews
    • Provide weekly reports about all marketing activities and improvements
    • Provide monthly report with advice and recommendations to enhance our presence and offerings.

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for new customer acquisitions and increase customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a sales professional to join our sales team as a junior sales executive covering UAE. This individual will drive the execution of sales programs targeting prospective customers, current customers generating sales opportunities. This person will be the local and on ground point of contact tasked with communicating with prospective predefined customers and pushing them to sign up on OFFERAK platform.

This is a local role where the ability to bridge cultures and build lasting professional relationships are critical success factors.

Responsible for:

  • Reaching out to predefined stores and approaching them with OFFERAK value proposition.
  • Understand buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for stores and their management.
  • Setting customer expectations and convince them to enroll on OFFERAK platform.
  • Communicate customer requirements and expectations to direct manager.
  • Provide a regular reporting to understand progress with new accounts and current accounts.
  • Follow up with the stores and store managers for acquiring their offers and uploading them on the platform.
  • Establish and maintain professional business relationship with our targeted customers and partners.
  • Educate customers and prospects on our propositions and services.

Overall Purpose:

  • Help build OFFERAK customer base within the region.
  • Win new customers and maximize market share within the nominated customer base.

Essential Qualities

Sales account management skills. Familiar with a project driven environment. Good interpersonal skills. Highly confident and self-motivated. Not afraid of hard work and long hours when required. Team player.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

University Degree/ Bachelor Degree in Economics, BA, Engineering from a reputable university

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales and Data Executive that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment and accurate with Data and content.

What will you do?

You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with teams, generating interest, qualifying prospects, closing sales, working on CRM systems and managing data and content.

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with hubspot.com or similar CRM
  • Experience in Data entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Inbound Sales Activities:

  • Report to Operations and Sales Director directly
  • Daily follow up meeting with outside sales team to ensure status of each prospect is updated successfully
